Kwari: Virtual Arms Dealer, Real Money
Posted on September 4th, 2007 in FPS, Kwari
Have you ever wished that your endless hours of gaming could produce more than ass cramps? How about cold hard cash? I’m not talking about competing on the professional gaming circuit, I’m talking about Kwari, a first person shooter (FPS) that pays out real money. Cash for kills is the name of the game. Keyboard Warriors will no longer die poor. You may even be able to start paying rent so your parents won’t kick you out of the house.
The frag financials are as follows (say that five times fast). There are monetary rewards and costs attached to various aspects of the game such as landing hits, taking hits, self-inflicted damage, breaking crates, picking up additional weapons, health packs and other features. The cost is figured into a system of awards, prizes, and jackpots, which can be won by anyone playing. At no time does Kwari take any of these winnings.
So what’s the catch then? Well the one thing you’re going to need to pwn noobs and take their money is ammo, and that’s the one thing Kwari charges you for (besides maybe the game itself). Kwari likes to think of themselves as your virtual arms dealer. How much ammo you’ll need will depend on your style of play, but one size fits all, so you won’t have to inventory various types of ammo.
Kwari is currently in the beta signup stage. If you’re interested in getting a head start on your lucrative FPS career visit the Kwari beta signup page for more details.
